Late period

Hi very new to this looking for some advise?
My period is currently 5days late. Ttc done a good few tests and all neg. have a lot of symptoms but not sure if its wishful hoping? How long shall I wait to re test? Or visit my GP? Any help would be appreciated

Are you sure you definitely ovulated? You may have ovulated late this cycle which means your period would correspondingly be later than normal.

I used ovulation test....

Ovulation tests aren't that reliable. They can't tell you that you've definitely ovulated,money can only measure the hormone levels before ov can occur. Did your CM signs tie in with the OPK, do you chart your temps too?

Not sure what the code letters are? I don't chart temp. But track my period. And it's usual every month prediction with when I'm meant to start my period.

I'm not too certain. I'm just looking to see if this had happened to anyone else and resulted in pregnancy? I didn't descover I was PG with my daughter till I was 9weeks + as I have spotting all the way through. My friend recently had baby and she had tested like myself, and it wasn't until she 3week passed missed period she got her first positive. B

But had previous negatives

I was 9 days late in November and then 7 days late in December. Despite being very regular, although long 35 day cycles. This made my cycle 42 days average and when I was 3 days late in February I got a positive result. I used opk in January and on the one day we dtd (did the deed) was supposedly not ovulating. When I was we had family visiting and DH on shift so dtd was not possible....

So no rhyme or reason! Sorry if that doesn't help but relax and try not to worry about being late.
