Normal pains for the Mirena?

I had the mirena coil done on the 26th February this year after having my first son on November 23rd 2012.
I have bled, had very bad cramps, 'baby movements', headache, sickness, low feeling, bad gas...is this normal?
Also is it possible I could be pregnant with the mirena in? I have done a test it came out negative but I keep feeling 'baby movements'.
I'm in agony right now Sad
