Ladies!

According to my calculations, this is my fertile week! HOORAY!

Dtd CD8 and CD9 (Saturday and Sunday)..........

but have been unable to dtd CD10,11 and 12 as Ive been on nightshifts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im off for the rest of the week and we intend to dtd every day til monday (!) which is CD16... and then every other day after that.

But... im freaking out that ive missed the boat by NOT dtd on days 10, 11 and 12!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been using OPKs since CD8 and so far all negative anyway... so maybe I'm TOTALLY overreacting and I still have lots of time.... but I have a horrible feeling doing these 3 nightshifts and NOT dtd has meant ive already failed!

Am i crazy!?? Probably.

Reassurance on it's way! Do you temp? It will give you a clearer indication of O than just an OPK. Do you normally get warning before your OPK's get positive? (Mine get gradually darker). Anyway regardless of all that sperm live for up to 5 days so regardless of when you O, as long as you have had sex at least every 5 days you're in with a chance. And so far you have no positive indication of O so keep going! FX and good luck

Thanks!! Needed some words of wisdom! Always feel crappy when I do nightshifts... and now I feel like Im missing out on important dtd time! Last night tonight so there is light at the end of the tunnel!

Ive only started temping THIS cycle so nothing to report really.... only 12 days into it...! (also the last 3 days have been difficult to get accurate temps due to being on nightshifts/different sleep patterns so not temping at the usual time...agghhh!)

Also only started using OPKs this month too! So... all in all... I have NOTHING to go on! Haha!

OPK I did earlier showed a very faint test line (not the same OR darker than the control -MUCH lighter!) .....thats all its shown for the last few days so hopefully O is coming later in the week!

I think my CM is starting to pick up a little bit as well..... so... hopefully we can dtd a lot for the rest of the week! (im off work for the rest of the week ... back in work next monday - woop!)

gilly my opk's start very faint then get darker (I think for 1-2 days) until it's darker than the control line (obviously when the hormone peaks) then they start to fade or sometimes nothing.
Stop stressing and keep monitoring :)

Thanks! Mine have been faint every day and have been testing everyday since last Saturday...! Couldn't have ov before then because was on my period so... Think it must still be on its way!

CM has started to change and become more slippery (TMI SORRY!)... So I'm guessing ov is approaching!

Never thought TTC would be like this... POAS all the time and checking CM! Lol!
