Clomid, ovulation sticks and EWCM!

Hi, I'm on clomid, first month, and today I got my first ever smiley face on an OPK! This was after being scanned on day 18 (yesterday) and them telling me they thought they could see a mature follicle on my ovary. They will do blood tests in 7 days too, but what's worrying me is I didn't get much cm, and no EWCM?! Is it possible to ovulate without that? I have PCOS so am just really, REALLY hoping I actually ovulated today, any advice or similar experiences would really help!

No experience of Clomid but I've never had a lot of CM - one toddler and another baby on the way :)

It took me a few months to get pregnant this time, I eventually bought some conceive plus lube off amazon (it's one of the only lubes that helps sperm rather than killing them off) and got pregnant the first month of using it so could be worth a try combined with the Clomid?
