ovulation tests

hi tryin to concieve dc #3 and i got coil out 6 weeks ago i had small bleed thn a period exactly 4 weeks aftr getting it out! yesterday i had the sticky cm and really wet(sorry to much info) and took ovulation tests one in mrnin and one at night and were negative! can tests be wrng? i knw it early days and took me 8 mnths with my 2 frst boys and kinda hopin it will happen quicker if i try time it as didn with my other 2! i also hav underactive thyroid and medication is keepn it at bay as it jst over borderline when i got diagnosed and tryin to lose weight too! has anyone else had this any info be great! :)

Had you just tested for just the one day? Your LH surge might come a day or two after the EWCM, and it can be quite brief - it is easy to miss it.

hi euro i tested fr 2 days and i think iv missed it! gna maybe do the chart with temps too for next month see how i go! :)

I have got the ovulation sticks out again for ttc dc2, I haven't used them yet but I think I remember last time that you should test between 11am-2pm-ish. Not sure the reason why! I do remember though that after using them for a couple of months and never getting a positive surge I then used them EVERY SINGLE DAY and finally got my surge - was testing a few days out

hi pretty think i will try tht with chrtin if im nt sucessful in nxt cpl of mnths,youngst strt nursry in nxt few weeks so gna cncentrate on tht get him settld as im gettn a tad obsessed with it all now! :)
