Hi ladies
I wondered if any of you have tried to increase your EWCM. I don't get any at all and have been doing some googling but there seem to be a few methods so I wonder if any have been tried and tested. People seem to say omega 3, flax seed oil or evening primrose. I'm assuming just 1 of these but which one?!
I hate grapefruit so that's definitely a no!
