I'm wondering if anyone here was allowed to TTC while on Sertraline, or is the advice always to come off before TTCing? It would be a lot easier for us (and especially me) to TTC a second DC soon for all sorts of reasons, but I'm on 50mg for mildish depression and am wary of coming off too soon. I'm going to talk to my GP next week, but am curious about other people's experiences.
