Ive heard b6 vitamins are good for regulating periods add I thought I would give them a go. Ive noticed on my app for cycles that my periods are 24~29 days, I know nothing compared to some other cycles.

I think that in an ideal world you'd take b6 and b12 (as sep pills) as well as a vit c, fish oil, make sure flaxseed oil's in your diet (I have a pill), and take a multivitamin.
It sounds like a lot, but covers all the bases in prep for pregnancy terms.

I take a multivitamin, folic acid, evening primrose oil so far but heard 50mg of b6 can help regulate periods.

I take a vitamin b complex pill, and that along with evening promise oil I swear helped regulate my period prior to TTC. Altho I had the opposite problem to urs - reli long cycles! Good luck xx

Hi BabyRose - I'm taking B6 ATM. I'm also taking EPO and folic acid. I'm not sure if it's done anything as my cycles are always between 27 and 30 days, but mostly are 28. Thought it was worth a shot though. Confused
