Period pain 6dpo?

Hi,
Never had this before, I am 6dpo and have had for the last day period type pains. More like muscle pains really I guess, interspersed with a dragging feeling.
Would endo cause this? I'm assuming it's something to do with why we can conceive. We've been trying for ages. I usually experience quite painful ovulation but no real period pain, only very mild about a day before I'm due. This feels like that but my cycles are so regular that it isn't likely to be my period.

Any ideas? I'm back to the dr next week to discuss where to go next so will mention it.

Endometriosis - I havent actually been diagnosed (except by dr google) but am having an hsg test to see if Fallopian tubes are blocked.
I am convinced it is endo or scarring as I had an infection after having my first dc and have the very painful ovulation.

This sounds absolutely crazy (and I know it really does) but I can feel that the tubes are blocked. I can just feel it!

Has your GP tested you? I would def get that checked. x
