Problems getting pregnant!

Hi I'm marie i am about to turn 30 I have had a few miscarrriges because my blood is recis negative which ment my blood attack any babies I got pregnant with I have had an injection that should counteract this but now I am finding it so hard to get pregnant again in the first place. I am here desperatly looking for some advice and support as my husband to be and his mother have no children or grandchildren and they like me are desperate to have a successful pregnancy so please can anyone help me?

I don't know much but I can say my mother-in-law has the same problem and she has luckily had 5 children after 5 mc's and her youngest was the only one affected but after a blood transfusion he was fine and he is now a healthy 21 year old and there is a lot more they can do to help now so please don't give up hope sorry that u been through this and good luck for the future xx

Hi, This is all new to me so please be gentle!!

My husband I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year and so far nothing has happened. We both have been checked out and although I have a underactive Thyroid which is keep under control with medication but the doctors dont seem too concerned.

My periods are regular but still nothing does any body have any suggestions on improving my chances?

Welcome ejm have u tried taking well woman vits I took these with my 2 and fell almost straight away dont know if it was a coincidence but worth a try since I have fell 3 times which have all ended badly and the only difference I can think of is that I was not taking them when I concieved so have started taking them a month ago and af is now 3 days late fingerd crossed for us all x

EJM do you know your cycles well? It could be that you are not ovulating when you think you might be. You could try charting your temperatures to look for the pattern or use OPKs (ovulation prediction kits). You can buy packs of cheap tests on EBay/Amazon. They can't definitely tell you when you will ovulate, but they can help you identify the hormone surges associated with ovulation.

Hi guys thanks landsN for your reply. Last night in an attempt to get pregnant me and my partner were intimate, but its only been a little while since my period stopped it was nice slow and soft intimate relations but today I have been bedbound by stomach cramps and I have started bleeding a bit am worried my last period was 15 days long I have to wear the orange super plus tampons and the big huge pads together when I have my period and 1 day I forgot to put the pad on and no exaration within 10 mins there was blood running down my leg then when I took the tampon out it was like a mini flood has anyone had anything similar or can anyone offer any advice am scared looking for support. Hi Marie,

It sounds like you need to go to the doctors and get checked out. I'm not an expert, but I don't think you should be bleeding that much and bleeding between periods also needs investigation. If I was you I'd make an appointment tomorrow. Best of luck.
