Right ladies, I started af yesterday and I'm getting myself ready for our 3rd TTC month!

Ive heard epo is good for cm but only to take it for 1~0 days is this right?

And I have been drinking loads of water as this also helps?

Been eating healthy (Ish) what else can I do to help us get up the duff?

Someone mentioned some sperm-boosting lube on here recently, can't think of much else, conception vitamins?

Hey babyrose! We could be cycle buddies? I also started my period yesterday ...... And this will be my 3rd cycle of TTC.

I'm not sure what to suggest to increase one's chance of getting pregnant. I'm taking vitamins and folic acid, trying healthy eating and gentle excercise. GP told me to DTD every other day instead of just concentrating on the middle if my cycle.

Good luck, lets hope that 3 is a lucky number for us!

babyrose · 14/02/2013 20:32

Hey I hope it is our lucky number! Ive also been healthy eating, vitamins and folic acid. Started epo but heard only to be taken up til ovulation.

Oh ok. I don't know much about the advantages of taking epo whilst TTC. I'll try and google it now.

Thanks :)

babyrose · 14/02/2013 20:44

Just read up a little about epo and fertility. It seems too good to be true!

I'm going to buy epo tomorrow and start taking it. When are you meant to stop taking it? After getting the +ve OPK results?

babyrose · 15/02/2013 07:33

It does sound helpful doesn't it. Im not sure when exactly your supposed to stop taking it, maybe roughly when you know you have ovulated.

I'm sure I was reading and someone said they took it days 1~10 but can't remember when they said they ovulated. Sorry im not much help there.

Not at all, thanks for the info. I will start taking it as soon as I buy them and will stop after getting my +ve OPK result. I couldn't find much info on the internet last night as to when you have to stop taking it.

How are you feeling this month? I'm feeling rather optimistic but slightly worried about DH as he had performance anxiety last month & completely couldn't do it at time of ovulation! Once the ovulation window passed he was back to normal - so not fair!

babyrose · 18/02/2013 12:52

Sorry I haven't been back I was working over the w/end.

I do feel optimistic this month! Try not to worry so much about dh.

I think im going to take epo til cd10, so 3 more days for me.

Hi, I read a post from a natural fertility expert on another site about supplements to help fertility, it may be worth a read? Not sure if sometimes taking a supplement has a placebo effect but I gues that cant help either?! The link to the post if it helps is forum.prideangel.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=532 Good luck xxx
