It is v.v difficult. I did find that lots of gentle crime novels (elderly ladies and afternoon tea type things) helped, as did a good box set with no children in it. I think I watched buffy the vampire slayer.

Gripping tv drama, 24,sopranos, west wing, etc. Crafts? Photo books you have been meaning to do? Magazines, meet a friend for coffee. Sudoku, crosswords, cooking new recipes.

Having done 4 x 2ww, I know how hard it is, good luck

15 x 2ww here.... I make a few plans with a mix of people I ca share with or not. I then take off on some unplanned things on the days I have nothing scheduled to give me the opportunity to just flop and do nothing if I like. Definitely variety is the best thing to stop you going mad. Also allow yourself a little time (30min or less) to talk/think/google all things TTC/baby related. This keeps me hopeful and realistic. Good luck Xx Smile
