Could I be pregnant?

Hello! Bit of back ground:

I am on the pill, have been for 7 years since I was 16, now 23. Am currently on my pill "break" no sign of period yet.

I have unbelievably tender breasts, lower back pain and nausea.

I took one test Mon evening and it was positive. Tues morning's was negative. I have another to take, but think I should wait a couple of days.

Soooo... what do you all think?

A false positive is impossible if you've done the test right - the HCG is either there or it's not.

Sounds to me like you're pregnant so congrats! Grin

I would say yes. I hear you cannot get a fake positive but you can get a fake negative.

This is what I've heard too... but how can you do a pregnancy test wrong to make it show positive?

I would do another test. If it comes out negative again and you don't get a period within a few days I would go to the doctor and explain you had a positive test followed by a negative but have not had any bleeding.
