Put on your vest/shades and grab your weapons, it's Action Hero Time.

The BESH are experts in all matters action, but specialise in taking out the local droids and sometimes Druids Wink

Cover me, I'm going in!

Maybe there is more to the penguin idea than we had thought...

Northey · 14/02/2013 13:19

I love penguins of protectiveness.

maamalady · 14/02/2013 13:23

NO BESH LEFT OUT IN THE COLD

FriendofDorothy · 14/02/2013 13:25

Oh bugsy. I'm sorry :(

HavingALittleFaithBaby · 14/02/2013 13:33

:( bugs, hope the walk with the dogs helps. I'm so sorry.

EuroShagmore · 14/02/2013 13:40

I LOVE penguins of protectiveness. That one has to stick and be added to the fish-related repertoire of the BESH.

Casserole · 14/02/2013 13:59

Thinking of you Bugs. And you Euro.

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 14/02/2013 14:01

Shuffles in to join the circle. Like the penguins, less like the cause. The protections against the cold is apt though, I felt a horrible cold feeling in mu stomach when I read bugs post.

I then cut up some root ginger as a home made warming drink, it is disgusting

Oh bugs, I'm so sorry this is happening. Make sure you are kind to yourself over the coming days (((hugs)))

Penguins are awesome. I saw some at an aquarium in Norway. They were all playing together, then all at once, as if someone had rung the bell for the end of playtime, they got out of the water and waddled back into their little penguin huts.

EuroShagmore · 14/02/2013 17:54

bugs thinking of you. This is just shit. There are no words.

Northey · 14/02/2013 18:03

It's just not fair that you should have to go through this for a third time :(

HavingALittleFaithBaby · 14/02/2013 18:11

Oh bugs. I saw from t'other place, you absolutely need chocolate right now. It's totally shit and unfair.

Thinking of you Bugs

Oh Bugs I am so so sorry it has turned out like this. What a pile of bollocks.

Do go and see the doctors. I doubt either clomid or ivf will be the answer as they are generally the way forward for people who can't conceive in the first instance. IVF pregnancies are equally likely to end in miscarriage as spontaneous ones. Find out exactly what they have tested you for and what the results were. Have you been tested for Antiphospholipid syndrome? This is what I have by the way. Like you I conceived within a normal window of time and then had first trimester losses. Also go and take a look at the recurrent MC thread and find out what private tests people have had that aren't available on the NHS - there are certain treatments involving steroids during the first trimester and I know of people from a different MN quiche who have had success with this method after being seen by a MC specialist in London. What is the treatment for PCOS? Perhaps there is something that could help.

But anyway, it is very very shitty for you and you must feel terrible. Lick your wounds first and look into the way forward later.

captainmoll · 14/02/2013 18:43

Love to you bugs.

(Ps Finally got a response from my consultant - lump is harmless fibroid, both ovaries are good, am on waiting list for lap & dye to check tubes)

If anyone is bored, Radio 5 are doing a Frankel special between 7.30 and 9pm tonight Grin

Northey · 14/02/2013 20:02

I am busy googling how many eggs people normally get, and feeling a bit depressed about my 7, having read lots of stories of people getting 12. Maybe I will distract myself with Frankel.

JethroTull · 14/02/2013 20:03

North I got 4. IOTO.

FrankellyMyDearIDontGiveADamn · 14/02/2013 20:04

IOTO Norf, IOTO.

Oh please let them be fertilising nicely overnight.

Northey · 14/02/2013 20:11

What happened to your again, jeff? Was it two fertilised and then one died and one survived?

DolomitesDonkey · 14/02/2013 20:25

I'm so sorry buggs

JethroTull · 14/02/2013 20:27

All 4 were mature, 3 fertilised. 1 didn't get any further than 4 cells. 2 got to 8 but 1 was abnormal (which were told to expect due to SSG's chromosome issues) but one determined little embryo made it.

Saying all of that I've got no bloody symptoms.

TWinklyLittleStar · 14/02/2013 20:40

IOTO norf. Did they plop the eggs in a spaff pond or are they fertilising directly?

jeffers symptoms mean nuffink. Remember some women are diffed for months before they notice.
