How long after coming off cerazette did you get your period?

I came off the cerazette pill two weeks ago and have just got my af today, or at least I think it's my af. I've had really bad stomach cramps past two mornings and then this morning I realised I was bleeding. I'm hoping this is my frist period after coming off it, so that when my period finishes I can start ttc!! I'm going to be using ovulation strips this month and have already calculated my most fertile days. Do you think I have a high chance of conceiving if try to make love 3 days a week till next period is due?

Anyone else been on this pill, when did you get your first proper period? Did anyone conceive in the first month after their period?

Btw I've only been on this pill for about a year and don't have periods on it at all

I stopped mine 4 weeks ago, bled straight away for 5 days and nothing since. Felt what I thought were ovulating symptoms 2 weeks ago and been dtd every day but 3 tests so far all negative.

Hi, I came off cerazette mid December,to ttc number 1, spotted for a couple of days after about a week, then had lots of symptoms including cramps, hunger pangs, emotional etc etc did a test but bnf and Af arrived after 28 days (= much disappointment after all the symptoms). Currently on 2ww of cycle 2.
I've read quite a lot about people coming off cerazette, some very good (conceived first or second month) some bad (messed up cycles) and some normal, but I think it'll be down to the individual and how your cycles were before the pill. My Dr advised me to start taking a pregnancy multi-vitamin at least a month before ttc as theoretically you're fertile as soon as you stop or even miss a pill. From other things I've read dtd every other day is considered the max for ttc as any more means the sperm quality reduces and they can live for up to 5 days inside us anyway.

I came off cerazette and had a period 6 weeks later, then one 26 days after that and ds arrived about 9months after that. Good luck.

Took over 60 days for me, then 35, now down to normal cycle.

28 days after stopping. Conceived 6 months later but ovulated every month.

I took my last cerazette 16th Dec, no withdrawal bleed but af arrived 30 days later. We started ttc #1 straight away so now currently in the 2ww of cycle 2 however, I haven't been aware of any ovulation symptoms this month so no idea if my cycles are back on track or not! Due to test 16th Feb, FX for BFPs for us all!!

My af came 28 days after stopping cerazette, think am maybe ovulating now woo! Mrslaq good luck!

5.5 weeks for me. No spotting or anything before that. AF went straight back to my regular 26 day cycle after that. Didn't have any periods whilst on Cerazette either.

Casamama thankyou!! Hopefully I will be like you and conceive soon. I'm just so worried about M/C as I've heard this could be linked with getting pregnant soon after coming off cerazette!

I came off cerazette in May 2012, had my first af on 9th June, had mild cramping a couple of days before and then actually had my appendix out on 9th so not sure if this kick started it! My cycles were a bit messed up for a while but seem to have mostly settled down now and I currently have between a 32/35 day cycle. At first I had a couple of really short cycles followed by really long ones and missed one all together.
Not got a bfp yet but hoping now everythings settled down it will come soon.
