Not started a new Fred before but hope it is successful for us as we are going to get our BFPs, either by traditional rat smacking activities or using the power of medical science.

Ladies I do declare WE WILL GET THERE - FACT !!!

My heart goes out to you Face hope all goes well as it can tomorrow, much love and hugs to both you and DH, will be thinking of you both x

NoMaybeAboutIt · 11/03/2013 17:21

Thinking of you Face. Sorry for your loss x

ControlGeek · 11/03/2013 18:03

cartoon I am so very sorry to hear your sad news. I hope tomorrow goes as well as it can for you. Please look after yourself my lovely, we are all thinking of you.

scarlett Brooking that your three golden eggs transform overnight into three wonderful embies

keep seven is a very lucky number, and it sounds like they are progressing very well indeed. Was today day 3? Are you looking at a day 5 transfer?

cup you poor love what an absolutely rotten way to break what they knew would be painful news to you. You have every right to defend your feelings, not that you should have too and I'm glad you were able to get DH to understand why it's just not possible to be long term ttc and not find pg announcements painful, especially when they are done in such an insensitive way. Grrr I am mad on your behalf Angry I love how DH got you to get your stress out, it sounds very therapeutic. We should all be prescribed with a pair of boxing gloves I think.

solars brooking for a no-show on the AF front, but if you can't have that then I am brooking for a perfectly-timed AF, if there is such a thing. Also brooking for MrS's results. I hope you don't mind but I have shared soapgate (in a vague and anonymous way) with MrG, who is fanatical about soaping before any activity, but not so fanatical about rinsing it all off...

maybe I'm sure your antibiotics shouldn't affect your cycle, but brooking for you none the less. You are allowed to overthink things, we all do it perhaps some more than others, mentioning no mat leave spreadsheets Grin

Sorry for anyone I've missed out, it's been a busy fred today.

No temp rise this morning, so I have to assume ov happened some time today - still time for a final soapfree SWI this evening Grin

ControlGeek · 11/03/2013 18:45

Sorry, boo was it you who asked about the vouchers? Yes, they finally came through - love2shop, so cannot be spent online and there are very few of the shops it can be spent at near me (at least not large ones worth going into that stock stuff I would actually buy/wear). So far I'm thinking of getting a couple of tops from Peacocks and putting the rest towards a new shower from Homebase

BeedlesPineNeedles · 11/03/2013 19:18

cartoon I'll be thinking of you tomorrow. I understand what you mean about being grateful that you were spared a very hard decision.

On the issue of soapgate, Mrb's instructions for JIAJ state very clearly that no soap should be used in the preparatory washing, so I assume that soap is bad for little spermies :o

Nighty night brookers

keepitgoing · 12/03/2013 02:14

Scarlett I had a bit of blood the next day too. Tummy felt OK by 48 hours, I'd say.

solars hope you get dh's results today, and AF behaves herself for once

keepitgoing · 12/03/2013 02:21

solars/sweetie did you get to see your embryo on screen before they transferred it? I know they did on that BBC programme.

cartoon Sad I'm so sorry for your loss. I am glad as you say that you didn't have to make that choice. I hope you have some answers from the tests. Good luck for today, I'm thinking of you x

geek yes, today is day 4, so day 5 transfer tomorrow with Scarlett on day 2, most likely. Hope you're doing well with the horny goatweed

SweetieTime · 12/03/2013 08:09

What a day of ups and downs yesterday was for the Brookers

face I am so sorry for the terrible situation you are in, I really don't know what can be said. As you say at least it wasn't a decision that you had to make. Hope today goes ok today and you and DH can get the answers you need. I will be thinking of you.

keep fantastic news on the progress of the embies. All of them doing well. It is all looking good for tomorrow. We saw our embie before they put it back. They had a camera that zoomed in on it on a screen by my head, then we also watch the journey the catheter took not that you could actually see much then

Scarlett amazing result for you too, hope they have all got jiggy last night and you have good news this morning. Seems you will be joining keep for ET tomorrow too. Have you decided on one or two to be put back?

Cup lovely to see you back in the Brooking fold. We are always here for you when times are tough. I agree with the others that it was very insensitive of family to do that to you, especially on Mothers Day. I think it is very hard not to be bitter at the injustice of it all when long term TTC. It just makes it even harder when "accidental" pregnancies are announced. But you are on the assisted road now and they will be able to give you proper advice and treatment to get your baby. As my DH always says "eyes on the prize" like he has to actually do anything

sweetie got to see how many made it through the night first, feel very anxious this morning, come on little Erics!

SweetieTime · 12/03/2013 08:47

Scarlett I really feel for you, the waiting for those phone calls is the worst ever. I thought the phone would never ring. Talk about the 2 WW being hell, waiting for THE call is intense hell. Fingers crossed and brooking my brooking socks off that all is well when the call comes.

OP posts:
keepitgoing · 12/03/2013 09:14

Come on little Erics! (Where did that name come from)

It's hard waiting for the call, but having had everything monitored for weeks I think the tww will be hard.

ScarlettInSpace · 12/03/2013 09:18

I said a little while ago if I got any embryos I'd call them Eric, one of those random conversations!

Solars · 12/03/2013 09:53

It's like some freaky rollercoaster ride isn't it Boo

Just a quick one from me as wanted to say good luck with your appointment today Maybe

Keep unfortunately we didn't get to see our embryo on the screen :( however they were running an hour late and me with a full bladder I think I may have declined

Go Erics Fertilise!

SweetieTime · 12/03/2013 11:52

Scarlett can you ring them? terrible to keep you waiting for so long. hope you hear very soon

OP posts:
Solars · 12/03/2013 11:54

Scarlett did they say when they would call? If it's past that then I would also chase them, no news is good news, hang in there.

ScarlettInSpace · 12/03/2013 11:55

I prob need to give them another half an hour, I almost feel like I daren't ring which is silly Hmm

ScarlettInSpace · 12/03/2013 11:55

They said late morning btw x

SweetieTime · 12/03/2013 12:00

I would say it is past late morning now. I can under stand your reluctance too.

OP posts:
Solars · 12/03/2013 12:05

well if you're going to wait half an hour how about distracting yourself with this or this? I can't decide which look I prefer....

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 12/03/2013 12:09

Sorry Solars I think you made a mistake there, surely you mean this Grin
