Brown spotting on Progynova and Estraderm

Hi - bit worried. I am doing an FET and I am on Day 16 of Progynova. The first 10 I was on 6mg. Past 6 I have been on 8mg. My lining was had stopped thickening at 5.8 so they added Estraderm patches which I started yesterday. Today I have brown spotting. Enough to wear a liner. I do have a scan tomorrow but any advice/experience would be good.
