14 days before the date of your next period. So track your periods so you know your cycle. Have sex as much as possible around that time. I used Dr Chris Steele's advice, he has done an 8 point check list on youtube (sponsored by sanatogen) link is below. The most important bit it having lots of sex at the right time and don't get up afterwards for at least 20 mins. Tilt pelvis slightly with a pillow to allow gravity to help the sperm complete its journey. Obviously, eating well, giving up drinking and smoking will help too. I followed this advice and got pregnant first month of trying for both of my DC. I was lucky!

I'd advise against timing intercourse actually - your best bet is to have sex three times a week, every week of your cycle. I conceived on CD11 (according to my scan dates) so I would suggest starting as your period leaves!

Make sure you're taking folic acid and vitamin D. Check the lube you're using is sperm friendly - some can slow down swimmers! Pre-seed and conceive plus are sperm friendly (but not cheap!). Good luck TTC.
