Conceiving when you're past 40...

A friend (who knows I use MN!) asked me recently whether there was any particularly good advice on here for people who are thinking about conceiving for the first time at 40+. You ladies seemed like the best place to start... Is there any particularly good advice/good websites for women in this position? (She doesn't have any particular health concerns that I know about)
