urgent! Clearblue fertility monitor question!

I've only been using the monitor since last month when it showed my peak fertile days as the 15th and 16th of the month.

This month I was on day 19 yesterday, with 3 days of raised fertility (2 bars) but no sign yet of the peak fertility symbol.

This morning I discovered I had run out of sticks (GAH!) and my two closest chemists dont have any in stock. I'm now off on a mission to get some before the testing window runs out and (apols if TMI) but I kept a sample of my first morning urine. Can I still test it (it will be about 2.5 hrs old when I do - I dont know if the hormone breaks down or is stable in the sample) or will it work if I use a new sample instead which will probably be weaker.

Any answers gratefully received!

I think it's ok if you keep it at room temp.
