Ive got 2 little kiddies, a 3 year old girl & 1 year old boy. I can't stop thinking about ttc number 3. When I look at my 2 playing, I just feel that there should be another one too! Im mad because I've only been back at work for 5 months, we would have to change our house and car and we probably couldn't afford it anyway! I just can't shake this feeling! Thanks xx

I'm interested in this: we have 2 DDs, aged almost 4yo and 9mo. Took us ages to conceive DD2 (2 years and 6 Clomid cycles). Part of me is very content with our 2 lovely girls, but another part of me just thinks 'take a chance' for a 3rd DC.

It's such a hard decision to make! I certainly wouldn't do it now due to the fact my youngest is only 12 months, but he's such an easy baby, I feel like he's lolled me into a false sense of security! Ha ha. I don't want to leave it too long either, I'm 30 this year and I want to be able to have some 'us' time when the kids have grown up, I don't want teenagers in my late 50's! and I've only been back at work for 5 months (after a 3 year career break) I don't think it will go down too well to be honest. Its like an
Itch that won't go away! Ggrrrr, so hard!

Haha, our DD2 is easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy too! I'm 30 also (just turned) and I wouldn't want a gap bigger than 6 years between DD1 and a potential DC3.

There's 3yrs and 2m between DD1 and 2; that's a nice gap. I'd like to plan a 2-3yr age gap. But, the big BUT for me is that it took a long time to conceive DD2 (DD1 took almost 1yr naturally) ... so I don't know whether to just stop using contraception and let nature take it's course, if it ever will ...
