I've started my first course of Clomid this cycle, and apart from hot flashes, didn't think I was having any side effects. However, yesterday (CD14) I awoke to vomiting and diarrhoea. It lasted all day and has seems to have settled, albeit being a bit tender and exhausted. I'm fairly sure its not something I've eaten. I don't think i've ovulated yet. Do people think it could be the clomid or just a stomach bug?
