Conception tips for the over 40 please

41 TTC for 2yr, MC 1yr ago. SWI, ovulation confirmed, on vitamin supplement, off caffeine & alcohol, DH on vitamin supplements, 3 previous preg. Can anyone offer any suggestions to improve our chances please? Feeling like time running out!!

Why don't you join us on the forty plus thread...we are all over 40 and TTC so you will be in good company! I am 43 and my approach is quite straight forward -temping (to understand my cycle a bit more) using opks to see when i am ovulating and having a lot of sex!

Acupuncture might be worth a try
