Turn up the heat?

My bf has been saying that I've been feeling really hot lately. Said I was hot last night as well. Hotter then usual. Anyone else had this whist waiting for a BFP?

It's actually one of my 'signs' not to get your hopes up, where in your cycle are you as it usually happens to me about a week PRE AF but only when I am pregnant!

It's def not a fever, just like I am radiating heat! Stops me from getting to sleep, maybe it's a hormone thing, hopefully someone will come and provide a more technical explanation!
