Am I getting my hopes up?

Had implant removed 13 Dec and a period on 16 Dec. Had all the signs of OV Xmas eve and Xmas day, so in theory I OV'd early and am now roughly 12dpo. I've had some twinges so did a test yesterday, nothing. I kept it in the cupboard and now 20 hours later there is a faint line, it's definitely there, we're not seeing things...
Af not due until next Sunday.... Is this possible? Why would there be a line if I wasn't pg?

It is possible but tests have limits because you get what is called an evaporation line. I wouldn't base too much on it and perhaps do a first response test if you want an answer sooner. Good luck
