Very bad ovulation pain?

Hi
Been trying to conceive a second child for over a year. The first one was conceived the first month of trying, we were very lucky.
My cycles are very very regular and always have been and I have always had some pain around ovulation. However since having my first dc (who was emergency c section) I get terrible pain most months. No real period pain, just cramping around ovulation, followed by a day of pain requiring painkillers. I did have retained product after having ds and this is kind of what the ovulation pain now feels like. I had scans afterwards and they said everything was ok and it shouldn't affect my chances of conceiving again but I'm wondering if maybe it has left the tubes blocked? Has anyone experienced similar? I have no bleeding between periods, no pain when having sex, it is specific to when I know Im ovulating.
I have a dr's app next week. I have convinced myself that there is something terribly wrong and I will never be able to have another child.

Me me me! Almost exactly the same, ttc no 2 for 18 months now. Very bad ov pain that I've never had before and also emcs. However, I've just had a hsg to check tubes and they're both fine and doc can't explain it.
Try not to worry. (Yeah right!)
Hugs xxx
