Hello,
I've got a question that I'd appreciate some feedback on...I was wondering about the chances of concieving a girl or a boy when a man drinks alcohol.
I know it's believed that there are lots of factors that could influence the gender of a baby (like men wearing tight underpants!), and I know that both men and women are advised to abstain from alcohol when TTC anyway, but if a man doesn't give up drinking does that mean he has more chance of having a girl?
My thinking is that alcohol kills off sperm, and that male sperm aren't as strong as female sperm and so are more likely to die.
What does everyone think?!
I'm asking because my partner likes to drink and has two girls and I'm just curious if the drinking could have been a factor here?
Thanks!
