bit of an odd question but im a bit confused lol.

someone told me a while back that i should be drinking more water in order to produce more cm.

well my question is..

i know that cm helps to carry sperm. but im sure i heard that before your fertile and cm isnt egg whitey it actually stops the sperm on its journey.

sooo surely by drinking water to produce more im helping myself for that fertile time but hindering my efforts every other day around that time, or am i just over reading this lol

You're overthinking it.

Without fertile CM the sperm has no "ladder" to help it up through the cervix. So it doesn't matter how much non-fertile CM there is at other times.
