Does using lube affect conception

May be a dumb question - but does using lube affect chances of conception? Thank you!

Not a dumb question at all - apparently conventional lube can make it slightly harder for sperm to reach the egg. It's too thick and gluey.

You can buy lubes which are designed to help the sperm on their way (or at least don't hinder them!). I only know of one - it's called PreSeed and you can order it on amazon.

We had the same question when we started ttc. We've tried Conceive Plus as well as Pre-Seed. It's available on Amazon.

Difficult to know which is best for the spermies based on all the subjective reviews, so we chose based on what we personally preferred as a lubricant. To be honest, we didn't find them very comfortable: both are really cold and really drippy, although Conceive Plus feels a bit tackier. But we use them anyway as (TMI alert) I'd be in real pain without anything!
