This will be our 11th cycle of ttc dc#2. For the last few months ive used the basic clearblue opks but struggled to pinpoint ov. This month weve tried clearblue digital opk & i had my lh surge on cd 16, still zero success. My cycles have definitely shortened since having ds, used to be 30-35 days & now more like 26-30 days. Im getting more concerned something is wrong with each passing month. Am totally clueless about what happens next ie how long to wait before seeing my doctor & what is likely to happen when i do ie what tests are likely to take place, will they even test us since we conceived ds successfully etc? Is it typical to try ivf or these clomid tablets i keep seeing mentioned? Sorry for the naievity, If someone can set me straight id be grateful. Btw im 33 & dh is 35 & we're in the uk.

Usually 12 months of ttc before going to see Dr, so make an appointment in the new year.
Referal for blood tests, semen testing for your DH, is where they will start.

Depending on these results will depend on what they will do from there.

We had a ds too and tried for 22 months to get pregnant after him.

I didnt use any OPK kits or anything like that, just kept a diary.
Be warned though, all our tests were normal.
Good luck.
