I'm on my first round if clomid100mg, I got a positive smiley face on my opk today and EWCM yesterday yet I'm feeling very little ovulation pain apart from a few twinges! I'm terrified that it is not working as I keep hearing about ladies getting really bad ovulation pain when on it! Advice please??

I'm sure it's fine. Most women don't feel any pain when they ovulate. I think I feel something but on reflection it could also be digestion issues from overindulging at Christmas. There's really no way of knowing.

I would refrain from using OPKs at all whilst on Clomid as this can and does increase LH levels. the kit would measure that instead so they are very unhelpful to use.

You should be monitored whilst on Clomid as it is actually quite powerful stuff, no monitoring at all is unacceptable as you then have no idea whether its working or not. Blood tests and ultrasounds should be done whilst you are on Clomid and you should only be on this for a maximum of six months.
