Cramping help needed

Just wondered if anyone could shed some light.

I had my implanon removed on 19th November and got af on 11th December.
I had progressively darker opks from cd10 until I got a very dark positive on Christmas Eve (cd14). We then dtd 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th (dtd every 2 days before positive opk also)

I have been experiencing mild cramping on and off since ovulation. Today (5dpo assuming I ov'd on Christmas day as opk suggests) the cramps have become a lot stronger and are constant. They are more to the left but generally all over and have spead to the tops of my legs. I have also had creamy cm for the past day or two.

My question is...what could these cramps be? Is it possible for them to be implantation cramps this early, or could the opk have lied and I am ovulating later than I thought?

Please help as feeling very tired today but would muster up the energy to dtd if needed!

I think (and I'm not too certain) that opks show It's going to happen not necessarily that it has) when I have pains v similar to what you describe means I'm actually ovulating. But everyone is different. (sorry that's not very helpul)

Did have cramps christmas eve/day when opk suggested I was ov'ing but nowhere near as strong as these.

I get cramps every cycle from OV until af shows her face. I think it might be something to do with progesterone (I might be wrong tho). But I also still got the cramps when I was pg with my DS.
