Do hot baths actually harm the quality of sperm or just reduce the quantity?

Does anyone know? I'm trying to google it but wondered if there were any experts with an "E" or an "e" on here!

It affects count and motility so it affects the quality and quantity. The odd one is OK but it should be avoided as a regular habit - like saunas, tight underpants and sitting with a laptop on his, well, lap!
