Hi i had my implant removed 3 weeks ago and have been ttc since. For the last week i have felt back pain, temperature seems to have increased and i have lost my appetite. Over the last 3 days i have had really bad cramps in my left side and back and Im really worried. I think its too early to take a test and I've never had a period for the last year so do not know when one will come along. Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks x

It could be your hormones returning to a normal balance since having the implant out.

I would see how you're feeling after a month, or even a few months, as it might take this long for it to settle.

Did you tell the Dr who took your implant out that you wanted to TTC? Did they give any advice?

Try to not 'symptom spot' so soon, is still v early days.

Yeah i think that's what's going on. I've just never felt this pain in my left side before and thought it was a bit strange. It was a nurse who removed the implant and tbh she didn't say much when i advised that i wanted ttc. She said it was upto me whether i wanted to try straight away and that the hormone would be out my body within 48hrs. I've been reading too much stuff on here already! Your def right i need to let my body get back to normal and not think about symptoms. Thanks for the help :)

Those cramps could be ovulation? I never noticed my ovulation when I wasn't on the pill....took it for contraception then noticed it when I stopped the pill and started TTC! I agree most of your symptoms are likely to be down to your hormones settling down.
