January BFP bus - New Year resolution - get a bfp!

I guess it's time to start a January bus for all of us who had to get off the December, November (Oct, Sep, Aug) bus.

New Year, new beginning and hopefully start 2013 off with a bang, and a load of new bfp's!

chocoloulou I'm still hoping for a bfp this month. Not giving up until the witch shows her head!

Researching more on the internet today. (Instead of doing real work). According to this page from the NHS, implantation bleeding often happens around the time when your period is supposed to be due. I thought it's earlier. I think all this sympton spotting is useless because pre-AF and early pregnancy ones are almost the same!

one yes the symptoms are the same, when I was pg with dd I was certain my af was on way, was exactly same pains. Never had spotting though I know lots of women do. But sore boobs & all the rest of it totally.

Ready, I had nausea pretty much from fertilisation! Hope you're feeling sick for the same reason

woo clare your DP would no doubt have told you if there wasnt a line to see and a line is a line so hope you get the darker line tomorrow - how about using a FRER?
one same as you had thought implantation was around 10 days post ov - got all my fx for you that it aint AF
choc you're giving me a glimmer of hope. have had pre-AF symptoms a couple of days now and been expecting the grand arrival any day but so far it's stayed away.

anyone else trying to lose xmas bulge? i'm a bit worried that because i'm overweight it may be impacting my fertility so am getting into exercising again ....apart from today where having got to gym and changed into gym kit realised i forgot my trainers

he witch stays away pixie I need to lose weight too!!! At least 2 stone! Scary thought. Can't afford the gym. I know I'd lose it if I just did a bit of exercise & stopped the chocolate hence my name my dp quite overweight too. Ohhh hope this doesn't affect our chances too much. He is starting at weight watchers next week though!

choc i also have 2 or 3 stone to lose. i previously did it for wedding in june with protein only diet and lost 3 stone but not sustainable and i've now put half of it back on again. difficult to do exercise this time of year tho - do you have exercise videos?
have heard its the increased insulin that impacts fertility but then i do know some hugely podge people who got upduffed so it cant be totally impossible.

Yeah lots of 'big' people have babies don't they. I'm a size 16. But 2 years ago was a 12 so gone up quite quick. Before I had dd I was an 8!!! Just don't wanna keep going up a dress size every year. Well bedtime for me. Hopefully will see some bfp's on here 2moro

Hi everyone, glad to hear there's still a few of us in the running! Tested again this morning and definitely a line but still very faint (but darker than yesterday I think) might splash out on a FRER on the way to work. Fx to everyone else still waiting x

Nausea seems to have gone this morn, am away with work at the mo so deliberately left the HPT's at home. Will be testing 2moro morn tho so fx!

Oh zeuxippe , how I wish that was true! Maybe it is a good omen! I'm only cd 10 today but have been having lots if clear stretchy cm last few days. Think it's a bit early to ovulate but it looks like ewcm so been Dtd anyway!

Bought a FRER - £10.50 for 2! and hid in the loos at work - while it's fainter than the control it's a definite line. Think I'm finally allowing myself to accept that it's a BFP! Good luck everyone!

What are signs that ov is happening and has passed (dont use OPK's). Had the ewcm and the wet pants feeling mon and tues. Wed had slight ewcm and yesterday boobs started hurting, stabbly pains. Today they are full and sore, normal pains for back end of the month for me here, so did I ov Mon, Tues, Wed or Thurs? Whatever way I am somewhere on the 2ww and got along time till I can POAS

I'm with navis although Friday is the earliest I can test I think, not quite sure when I ov'd. Opks said Monday but bodily signs but so sure. Meh. Might realistically have to wait til Sunday. And that is a flipping eternity away.
