January BFP bus - New Year resolution - get a bfp!

I guess it's time to start a January bus for all of us who had to get off the December, November (Oct, Sep, Aug) bus.

New Year, new beginning and hopefully start 2013 off with a bang, and a load of new bfp's!

now I'm confused, what I thought was the start of AF this morning certainly looked like it is now just pale pink CM, not even reached the pant liner yet. (sorry for TMI!) WTF is going on? I have a BFN on my test did one this morning before I realised the witch was in town I do have some cramps so maybe it will turn into more but it usually starts with a vengeance if you know what I mean
Ahhh why is my body such a drama queen?!?

cleo the with has played games with me since we started ttc. She used ti come on full force but now start and stop spotting, pink cm... . She really is evil

cleo I has that last month. One morning some very pale cm type and thought I was ok, unfortunately the witch turned up the next day.

Hoping its not that in your case however. FX for you.

do u recon its possible that the worrying about it makes the witch play up? as far as i was aware i had the same af every month. since ttc everymonth has been strange and i even thought maybe im secretly pregnant like these people on tv(yeah im a dreamer)

Ok people, I'm in need of ov advice....I've been using Internet cheaply ov sticks for the first time this month. My cycle is 27 days & I'm on CD15. Been testing since CD10 & line was fairly feint the first few days, CD13 & 14 it was quite bold, but not as bold as the control line. According to my iPhone app 'My Days' I am due to ovulate today but I tested this eve & there's no line at all! Any ideas? I'm having sex every day anyway, but it would be nice to know :-)

Ready there should always be two lines! Maybe try a diff stick. You could have missed your surge, they dont last that long, mine only really showed as darker than the other line on one peestick, then it faded back down a bit. Sorry for the awkward question but have you checked your CM? That can actually tell you more than an opk. Also if all else fails just DTD.....lots lol

Ive had the same since starting to TTC setay even started trackinh AF while we were waiting had 4 28day cycles then as soon as started theyve been all over the place.Hmm
CD8 here and I have EWCM and cramps on my left side. surely cant be ovulating already?! is that even possible ? very confused last month i felt this way on CD12. DTD this morning just incase but no idea what is going on...

I'm cd8 aswell pink been feeling a lil odd and tender Around that area, Plus today I just had the urge to dtd(shame oh is at work) but that's unlike me unless it's ovulation time. And got a positive opk cd18 last month
Pre seed was delivered today anyway so be rude not to use it just incase and maybe every day until the witch appears just to be on the safe side. I'm begining to realise I imagine probably all my ov symptoms aswell a preg symptoms I'm just really for a mental home!

bearface good luck temping this month. I've never done that. I started using the opks this month though. My periods v regular though so usually know roughly when I ov anyway. Got 4 more days of waiting now so will know soon one way or the other! X
cleo af being a bitch then! Our bodies can be so cruel sometimes! Rly hope its a false alarm & you get your bfp.
To everyone else, hope your all ok & come on girlies we need some more bfps announced lol xx

Up nice and early this morning thanks to next door's little one spending a good 45 minutes crying, sobbing and calling out for her Mum, that didn't go to her. Poor little mite cried herself back to sleep. I couldn't get back to sleep so have got up, made a brew, put the washing machine on and contemplating an early start at my desk!!

Padster that's so sad :( poor wee thing just wanted a cuddle. Even if she was doing controlled crying, that's not how to go about it.

I must have been sleeping funny because I've woken up with a really stiff neck ouch!

Morning weechops it's awful, we have lost track of the amount of times we've listened to that little one cry. It's concerned us so much we have spoken to social services on a couple of occasions. Just a shame that they aren't around on nights like we've just had. I toyed with knocking on the front door, but figured she probably wouldn't hear me knocking and if the little one heard it she may get even more scared and I didn't want to do that. If I could have broken through the wall I would have, instead I just lay there thinking how unjust the world is.

Thanks for the response, i'm thinking that maybe I missed it as I've only been testing every 24 hours or so. Tried checking CM, there's plenty but I wouldn't say it was stretchy. Dtd on CD4,9,11,12,13,14 & 15 so far so if we can manage a couple more nights hopefully that'll do the trick!

i struggle with every other night. intending on upping to every other day expect the day before im due to ov then itll be everyday for a few days.

:-) well I think it helps that we haven't been working! Went back to work yesterday, but it's hubby i'm impressed with....didn't know he had it in him ;-) FX this month is the one.

setayharas don't worry too much. Many of us can't manage every day. Or even many other days. Swimmers do live inside for 3-5 days, and some up to 7 days (iirc). Obviously chances are better if you have more swimmers! If everyone can manage to dtd so many times, clear blue wouldn't be selling all those fertility monitors, would they Grin. I think many of us are very tired, and need help to time the bd to the right window.

(I only dtd every other night during that period, and even that DH complained he's too exhausted for it towards the end).

haha nice work ready my OH asked me last month if we really needed to do it again as we'd done it that morning, think he got a bit tired bless him. I was Oving so neaeless to say we did do it lol.

I'm afraid AF landed with force about 15 mins ago Sad I am kind of pleased as I felt like I was in limbo, I feel more empowered now I have the opks so I at least know a) that I ov'd b)when I ov'd we've only have 2 good months of trying my second cycle off the pill was odd, I thought I missed a period but infact 2 days spotting WAS the period, plus it dropped from 35 days to 28 days so my assumptions re OV were all wrong, big fat washout!

My control freak tenancies are helped by the OPKs and the -two- phone apps. I WILL be getting my BFP this month.....no other option I'm afraid so my bloody body better sort it's sh1t and get ready lol Grin

Sorry to hear that Cleo about AF, but at least you know where you stand now like you said. It can take a while for cycles to settle down after coming off the pill, which I'm sure you know, but that doesn't mean you can't get pg, so good luck for the next one.

I am so happy today as I have all the signs of oving! (Had bloods which showed I didn't ov last month so thought I was broken) I even got two lines on my OPK. DH had better be on the first train home tonight! Grin So far we have managed to DTD CD 9, 10, 11, 12 and today will be 14. I can't rival Ready though - good on you!

bearface that's great that ur ovualting. Your dh will be happy 2nite then lol.
I'm feeling rubbish 2day, bad headache & cramps in my belly :( am so sure af on way. I'm not due til sunday though & I'm never early. I hate this waiting. Sure my body is playing tricks on me x

Thanks Chocoloulou - love the name BTW. Hope you are just having a blip. Headaches can be a sign of ovulation though - you could be ovulating late maybe?

Thanks bear but no def not ov, used opks this month. Due on on the 6th. I do suffer with bad headaches a lot though but recently its been awful. Going to docs next week. Am a major chocoholic hence the name! choc probably doesn't help headaches though woops!!! x
