Cervical mucus question...

Sorry if this sounds a bit dim but how do you keep track of your CM if you are having lots of sex? I find that things are a bit 'damper' for a day or two after DTD so I've not been able to work out what is happening with my CM. Sorry for the (TMI) question but any tips would be much appreciated! Fertile Cervical Mucus will stretch between your fingers, sperm will not.

Icky business this TTC lark!

Fertile mucus leaves a round pattern in your pants too. Try reading this book too. It explains much more about fertile signs. It gives loads of info on charting too if you decide you want to.

Haha! Glad I'm not the only one who is struggling with this! Havealittlefaith I've actually just ordered this book from amazon so hope it might enlighten me a bit! Will def try the stretch between the fingers bit as well! Hopefully this time next week I'll be an expert, once my book arrives of course! Wink
