Cerazette/lletz/implantation bleeding?

I'm not sure if anyone can help, but I have no clue what is going on and wondered if someone can shed some light on it?

I was given cerazette as a short term contraceptive as we planned to TTC at the end of December. I took it for a month, then had my second lletz procedure (where they remove part of the cervix after an abnormal smear) and so stopped taking the cerazette as you can't have sex until the bleeding from the lletz has stopped anyway, along with a few other reasons. We didn't feel it was the end of the work if I got pregnant a bit before we'd planned.

Anyway, I had my period as normal after coming off the cerazette, I have 32 day cycles and am very regular, but now I am on CD 35 and no period. I had a bit of cramping yesterday and did a first response, which was negative and then (typically!) wiped after the test to find quite a large amount of blood stained mucous, which I thought was my period. However, it's clear now that it wasn't my period and I've had no more bleeding and no more cramping.

I know cerazette can mess your cycles up, but is that likely after just one months worth and having had my normal period afterwards? Lletz can apparently also delay your period. However, I'm wondering if yesterday's bleeding could have been implantation, although that would mean I ovulated very late? I've never had any implantation bleeding before and tbh, I thought it would be much less than it was.

Any thoughts?
