I have just put a piece of brisket in the slow cooker for tonight's dinner. I've never cooked it before so we'll see what turns out in 10 hours time!

Morning all. At least the rain has finally stopped here. In fact the skies are blue! I have a day in a shopping centre ahead though - due to forthcoming hollibobs, we have very limited time between now and Christmas to sort everything. Eek.

Brisket is a cheaper cut of beef which tastes incredible when its slow cooked, it just falls apart and is juicy and delicious. The beef version of pulled pork, kind of.

Brisket makes me think of Big Bang...

It is extremely unlikely I am diffed. We only managed sex once this month and it was after I would usually ov, though I think I ov'd late this month. I am a little bit late but not unusually so (day 31 of typical 28 day cycle). I think my body is just fucking with me.
