About to start IVF/ICSI for male factor issues and have been using whey protein shakes to prepare my body (supposed to be good for producing eggs during IVF) and have noticed a massive increase in the amount of my EWCM. Been off the OCP for 2 years and have had very little EWCM at all until I started the protein shakes in the last 3 weeks so I think it is due up the increased protein in my diet.
Shame we've got rubbish numbers of sperm so ICSI is inevitable anyway but just thought I'd pass this on as a tip for girls who want to increase their EWCM.
