New on this forum although a long time lurker. Any tips on trying to conceive for a ttc virgin? What is the best position? Should I start taking supplements straight away? What about change of diet? Any ideas gratefully received.

Take folic acid. Do the deed often. For someone without fertility problems, that should be all you need.

thanks I will look into that. I am not sure if I have fertility problems as this is the first time I have ttc and I am in my early thirties.

Don't take a multivitamin with vitamin A in it.
Don't time sex to when you think you're ovulating - just try to have sex 3 times a week, every week to hit the right time.
Don't leap into using OPKs or start charting right away, just try to enjoy sex!
Get a sperm friendly lube - conceive plus or pre-seed are your best options and available from Amazon.
