No. You will probably ov between 12 and 36 hours from the pos test. Eggs live for up to 24 hours, which gives you until Thurs morning, although Wed evening clearly better to allow sperm to do their stuff.

OPKs detect the surge in hormones which precede OV, they don't detect OV itself so it's possible the egg will stay where it is for a while....or it may have already popped.
