Hello everyone,

My husband and I have decided to start trying for a baby, I'm very excited. But I was wondering, I have an app on my phone which gives my cycle calender and tells me when I should be ovulating, so far regarding my periods it's not been wrong. But my question is do you think I should get an ovulation test or just continue using the app to guide me?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Personally, I'd give it a few months of laid back sex before over-medicalising the whole thing, especially if as your name suggests you were born in 1985 (if you were you should have plenty of time so why make it a chore?)

Good luck and fingers crossed for an early BFP

Exactly what she said. Give it a couple of months of fun before worrying.
