Yeah tricky one - a few years back.i had a really persistent run of urinary tract infections which were really nasty so i ended up getting referred to a consultant. Apparently im just prone to them (lucky me!) so i had to take a low grade antibiotic for 3 months but consultant told me all women should be really fastidious about weeing after sex. So there u go!! Lol anyway, i always lie down after sex cos we usually do it right before sleep and it doesnt seem to be doing any harm!

I have really tried to have night sex this cycle, so I get to lie down for hours after. Managed to only have night sex at fertile time, also using Conceive Plus, so I'm hoping for a good result!

7DPO and my boobs still hurt. I also have a head cold and my tummy feels sore. Can these be symptoms?!

a couple of drinks on the wedding day wouldn't be an utterly evil thing to do. I trust the research more than the reporting source though, ha ha!

What I did read yesterday is that stress can delay OV but not AF after OV, so if I'm not pregnant, I WILL get AF next weekend / early next week. Fx for baby!

Hope my cold is gone by Saturday. I feel like crap :-(

nic I don't think you should feel bad about a few drinks on your wedding day.

Well, I think I am 6/7 dpo (not 3/4-I don't seem to be able to add). Trying desperately not to ss but have been feeling nauseous almost constantly since yesterday, have lots of creamy cm, very tired and getting painful twinges in boobs and twinges in lower abdomen!

I doubt you would get to drink loads on the day anyway nic, and people probably wouldn't even notice if you were on the same glass all day. You'll be off and busy do they wont even know. A couple in the early stages is fine anyway, we've heard that a lot!

Well I'm going away on Thursday morning until Monday night for a long weekend in Rome so tempted to test on Wednesday - but then I'd only be 9/10dpo which is probably too early? And my dates might be all wrong. So then I'm thinking to test on the Tuesday morning after I get back? What do you think?

I'm just confused on dates etc with this being a wtf cycle! Ov seems to have happened very early but then it does seem to do that with a very early mc.

Well, I'm on exactly the same dates as you and considering Weds too! Otherwise maybe Saturday itself! :-)

Could you test while you're away? If not, Tuesday will give the best answer (I couldn't wait that long, but AF would have also appeared by then if unsuccessful).

I could test while away but we're going away with some other people as well and don't know if I'd be able not to say anything.

I'm really confused now - as ive said, got my smiley on CB Ov Sticks on Monday but this morning I've had ewcm, properly stretchy and sticky, exactly like the stuff you're supposed to get when you're most fertile. But I've had no more smileys on the sticks? If I was ov now, it would make more sense with my usual length of cycle etc but this is a wtf cycle. Any ideas?

That's what most websites say, I think, too...EWCM = get shagging!

I'm 'lucky' in that I get really bad OV pain which matches when I get a smilie, so I know it is right!

I don't think a couple of glasses on your wedding day would matter nic like dulcet says people probably wouldn't notice you nursing the same glass all night.

Got my smiley today so I need to get shagging. We've only dtd once so far this cycle (Friday so not bad timing). Need to do it again tonight obviously.

Well, I got DH to come back to bed and we dtd so hopefully we've caught it.

When that does sound like good timing!

nic I know think I'm going to test on Thursday morning before we go to the airport and if it's a BFN, I'll test again next week.

Thanks for the message woody dh is not cooperating. He is tired and has a headache. Angry am going to see if I can force him into it tonight. I'm shattered myself. I told him I probably wouldn't be ovulating till mid week at the earliest and its come early this month (stupid cycles).

interesting post about weeing after dtd. I always thought wee can't affect the sperm as by that time they are way inside the cervix. I am not sure now.
