thanks lol and littlemiss I am not worrying much about the PCOS because its not confirmed yet and for all I know the stupid nurse wasn't even reading it right. I asked her if she could see cysts and she said "errrmmm no, but there are too many follicles." Like that makes it pcos!!

I am still so irritated that she did my scan when she was a trainee... how can they do that! argh!

I have been going over it and I get ovulation pain every month and positive OPK only on 1 day of the month. If my LH was high, it would have been high throughout my cycle as that's what PCOS hormone imbalance does. I haven't missed a single period since I was 13 years old. Every month like clockwork. And no other PCOS symptoms.

So I have convinced myself I don't have it. Till the gynae or someone qualified speaks to me about my result.

Turned off the radio during the news as I didn't want to hear about the royal pregnancy...bloody peed off that they cudn't have waited a bit longer!

Thanks lol. Yes we managed it, it was quite nice actually. Will go for it again tonight and tomorrow. Then we'll have dtd cd 13, 15, 16 and 17 with OV on cd 16.

That's good winkle. Even better that it actually felt nice. Days look good. Do you use cb ov stick or cbfm?
Red your description looks normal to me too. So bollocks to pcos unless a proper doctor confirms it!

red - I know your pcos is not properly diagnosed and hopefully you don't have it but if they do end up telling you that's what you have I really recommend two things for getting up-duffed...agnus castus and books by Collette Harris. Glad you are keeping a positive attitude, really all we can do!

lol - Now I've got my bfp and AF is 2 days late I know I should be over the moon but like you I'm just so anxious about losing it. Trying not to dwell on that and just being positive, decorating tree with DS this afternoon, I've made appts to see GP and caseload midwife at hospital and of course still taking folic acid. Not much else I can do at this point, but try and keep on as normal, taking it easy whenever I can, feet up etc. But it's anxious!!!

I use the CBFM, lol. It's been saying high since cd9 but we only started dtd cd13. Coincides with my app too which is good. BFP due 19th Dec. would be the best Christmas present ever!

Sorry things are so difficult red and winkle, know what you mean about getting your hopes up winkle but fingers crossed for a lovely xmas present for you.

AF arrived today! Technically the opposite of what I want from ttc'ing and I feel absolutely awful with it today but am really relieved it's arrived and isn't still keeping me waiting. Now we can write off the last 2 months and start again

red you get a hug too. I think you have a good attitude re pcos, put it out if your head till someone who is actually qualified can confirm you have or haven't got it.

It's a good job I'm taking a break from ttc. I tried to epilate my legs last night but didn't realise how late it was and I have only done one leg.

when - lol I know exactly how you feel, I have been sleeping in flannel pj bottoms and old t shirts the last few weeks. Sexy and I know it!! Doesn't matter tho cos if this pg works out DH won't be getting to have sex again until a) first tri is over and b) i stop throwing up! That's a good way to motivate husbands when they can't be bothered with a shag during critical ttc time - enjoy it while you can cos then i'll be hormonal, have sore boobs, feel ill and generally not want anyone near me for next 3 months!

winkle - that really would be an amazeballs xmas present, keeping fx for you over next fortnight

when hahahaha I had a mental image of one hairy leg and one clean shaven! You are funny.

DH reminded me to shave mine . I had sort of forgotten all about personal beauty when it came to ttc. I have now bought new clothes, some sexy lingerie (although have collected loads of these in the last 8 months), all clean shaven and had a nice bubble bath the other night all to myself.

winkle - not quite but if we're successful this round it would be a BFP almost bang on the new year which would be just as fantastic

Hi!!! I've been here lurking for a while....I got my bfp this morning but I'm still in shock and so scared to say it. I pray it sticks. Plus it seems that everyone is having a rough time so I don't wanna seem like I'm rubbing it in.

winkle - took the second clearblue test this morning. Proper definite bfp and i'm drowning in that so tired you feel sick feeling so I think that I'm def pg. But just hope hope hope it sticks, so annoying knowing there's another 8 WEEKS (nearly 2 months!!) before I get past the real kind of risk zone I will be continuing to lurk here for a while...

red - ahhh sexy lingerie....i think i dug that out for DH's 30th in June and our wedding anniversary...also back in June. Poor guy has almost forgotten what satiny stuff looks like...ahh...marriage

Hi sticky! Yes it's me! I go my bfp last Monday.
Sunshine fab news. Think I'm due 4aug but the EPU told me it will keep changing until the scan. Can you not get a scan? My doc sent me for one purely due to early mc and cause I had this ovary pain. She also said I looked anxious. You would wonder why!
So we have some poas planned for the weekend then. Exciting!

winkle I'm still here too, just not been posting much as I don't have much to say these days!

I'm still waiting for af. Thought she was due saturday but nothing. But that was basing it on a 29 day cycle. Last month was 33 days but i thought that was a one off, maybe not. Maybe my cycle is just totally screwed up now.
I have one IC and I may do it in the morning if af is a no-show. I just don't want the disappointment though.
