Early ovulation question

just wanted some opinions please.
have just done a boots own brand ovulation test it is very positive - 2 very dark lines. never used one before. its cd9.
we dtd on thurs night (cd7) but not yesterday and not again until Mon night as have to stop because OH having a sperm test on Mon.

seems typical because if it was a normal month we would do today and tomorrow.

it says on the box we should have a 24-48 hr window.
my question is do u think we will miss it now...

could you not do it 2day, that way oh has sunday and the remainder of monday for the sperm to regenerate themselves so to speak. over a 24hr rest should be grand, but im not an expert on it either. just an idea

the info he got said he needed to abstain for a min of 2 days and a max of 5.

I am tempted to do it today anyway now I know I am most likely going to ovulate!

live dangerously lol. that said he maybe mighten want to if hes gettin checked, hubby was a bit like that when he had to get his tested but sure it'd be nearly 36+ hours when he does go to get tested. sorry im being a devil on ur shoulder, id just hate to miss out of the +ve ovulation.
