Charting temperature v CBFM

Hi there,

Have been using the CBFM, some months I get a peak and some lots of highs. This month lots of highs.

Have been charting temperature for the first time and on cd13 had a dip then last 3 days it has increased drastically. Does this show I ovulated on cd13?

Agh so confused.

Am on cycle 6.

Three temps above base temp usually means you've ov'd.
