In about February I came off the pill, not desperate to get pregnant immediately but having a vague aim of hoping to be by Christmas. I fell pregnant very quickly and was due in 1st week of Jan. Unfortunately i had a mc at 8 weeks and we decided we really wanted to ttc ASAP. Several months later still nothing so I need all the conception advice you can offer or me to improve my chances. I know nothing about the ovulation prediction things (poas things? Seriously clueless)
I know I shouldn't set stupid deadlines for conceiving as it is likely to just cause more disappointment but I seriously think I will go insane if I'm not pregnant by Christmas / previous due date. So humour me, what would you do / what do you do to improve your chances?
