Hello there
I posted a few months ago when DH and I found out about his non-existent sperm count. Since then he's seen his endocrinologist and we've been referred to a fertility expert to investigate what our options might be. It's been recommended that his hormone therapy is changed (currently has testosterone replacement) and he starts taking FSH to hopefully stimulate sperm production.
Now it's clearly still a long shot (although the doc said that of the last 10 men he treated, 8 got their wives pregnant within 18 months), but I'd like to increase our chances of this working!
Can anyone recommend what we should be doing to improve chances of conception generally? Particularly I'm thinking about diet, but any suggestions are welcome!
