Bit of back story, had miscarriage end Dec 11, left it a few months and started trying again. Periods have been pretty regular since april between 28-31 days and most months i get a bit of ov pain.
Well am really going for it at moment( time not on my side as am 42!) was pretty sure i ovulated weds, pain on left side for few hours, anyway had major session last night( what the hell, missed it this month!) and today am in agony but on my right side... Its progressivly worse since this morning...and am hoping it will go away before work tonight! Can i take any painkiller, or should i effectively wait( due to the enevitable habit of having a 2ww EVERY month...just in case!) ?
